Why do we use liquid extract?

Liquid extracts offer the best way to deliver nutrients in stable, soluble form, and are optimal for absorption and assimilation.

It takes from 1 to 4 minutes to assimilate a liquid extract into the system. Capsules or tablets (pills) can take from 20 to 30 minutes for the digestive system to break them down so that they can begin to be assimilated by the body.

High bioavailability, achieved through complete dissolution of the ingredients, is one of the most beneficial features of the liquid extract. It is especially useful when the absorption of vitamins and nutrients by the body is reduced due to natural causes or malfunctions of the digestive system. Modern clinical studies show that the rate of assimilation of certain vitamins and nutrients in gastro-intestinal tract decreases with age. Liquid extracts are able to help overcome age-dependent reduction in nutrient absorption.

Multi-herbal liquid extracts provide synergistic action; meaning the combined effect is greater than if each ingredient is used separately.

Liquid extracts are especially helpful for chronic cases, when the body's ability to assimilate nutrients decreases in its weakened condition.

If stored out of direct sunlight or heat, liquid extracts last many years without losing potency.
